superb power-to-weight ratio, the Lugger L6108A2 produces 410 hp
and over 1,000 foot pounds of torque. Instead of a conventional highway engine
designed for inconsistent loads, the L6108A2 is built for continuous operation. This
in-line six cylinder can handle even the most relentless
loads for long stretches.
Components such as isolated valve covers, liquid cooled turbo, and
viscous crankshaft damper all work to reduce noise and vibration. Replaceable
cylinder liners allow economical repairs or onboard rebuilding. The reentry
combustion chamber design reduces emissions and smoke.
And a thermostatically controlled freshwater oil cooler dissipates heat
and reduces thermal breakdown of oil. Maintenance is quick and easy
